David FinchChair |
David has worked within specialist education for over 35 years as a teacher of art, design and photography in primary, secondary and tertiary education and as manager and senior director at the National Star College in Cheltenham. He is a founding member of Gloucester Contemporary Artists and is an exhibiting landscape artist. David has significant experience in working with people who have physical disabilities and additional learning needs, particularly in creative arts.
David led National Star Colleges international work developing specialist training services, and curriculum development in specialist schools and colleges throughout Europe, Africa, India and the East Caribbean. David is currently Chair of Art Shape and a professional landscape artist.

Jim Austin-Jones |
Jim has worked in a variety of education settings after qualifying as a teacher in 1970. He has worked in regeneration programmes in Sandwell and Dudley, managed community based adult learning in both Cannock College and Gloucestershire County Council.
He also worked as Interim Head of Service in Croydon, and provided support for the South West region Local Authority Adult learning providers, and support for Governance with Local Authority Adult Learning services funded through the Education Training Foundation.

Antonia Noble |
Antonia Noble is a criminal barrister and safeguarding specialist with more than 30 years’ experience working across law, education, sport and child protection.
She is co-owner of Safeguarding Fundamentals, a movement focused on making safeguarding simpler, stronger and more human. Alongside her legal and safeguarding work, Antonia is proud to serve as a trustee for Art Shape, supporting its commitment to creativity, inclusion and opportunity for people of all backgrounds and abilities. Her work is driven by a belief that safer, kinder communities are built when people feel seen, heard and able.

Cathy Gilmore-Griffiths |
Cathy has extensive experience in Social Work, supporting people with learning disabilities, towards independent living, having a voice, and social inclusion. She also has extensive management experience with a focus on Children with Disabilities, Policy, and Commissioning.
Cathy was Head of Quality and Safeguarding in Gloucestershire overseeing training, audits, and preparations for Social Work Academy. She was Head of Welcoming & Community Building, Barnwood Trust, mentoring staff in Asset Based Community Development, 1:1 coaching and an Arts Project celebrating talent of local artists with disabilities and mental health challenges. She was Interim Head of Social Change Barnwood Trust (Grants Programme).
Cathy has also volunteered her time as Activities Provider at an Adult Opportunity Centre for relaxation and arts, volunteered as a School Governor, and served as a Trustee for a Foster Care company.
