“I enjoyed meeting the different art teachers and participants, learning about different people’s journeys through mental health and how creativity has helped them. I’ve gained an understanding of how important these groups are to people, in being able to have a safe space to be creative and spend time away from judgements and their troubles and worries. It has been amazing being able to work with people past their own doubts about their abilities, to give them confidence and pride in what they are capable of creating.
It has inspired me personally in my own art work and improved my confidence working with different people in a bigger group"
