VIA is a Community Inclusive Intergenerational Dance Company which consists of wheelchair users, learning disabled dancers and non disabled dancers.
VIA was started over 10 years ago and still contains some original members who love coming to the inclusive group. Karen Perrins started working with VIA many years ago and is now proud to be their Choreographer and Artistic Director, Karen has a passion for Inclusive Dance coupled with a desire to promote inclusivity within the dance and arts sector. VIA is about everyone being able to participate in dance and enjoy being part of a group.

VIA love to perform and this year they have excelled themselves, from winning 2nd place for the Vivian Barr cup at the Cheltenham Festival and have recently performed at the Gloucester Cathedral. VIA are also performing at Gloucester Carnival on the 21st July 2018 and have been busy rehearsing with professional dancers. We would love to see you there!
In 2017, VIA were busy performing “The Strictly” live on BBC's The One Show, to winning Cheltenham's Festival of Performing Arts and performing at The Unity Festival at the Millennium Centre in Cardiff.
We are also lucky to have a wonderful band of volunteers who help support VIA both in the weekly sessions and at performances.

Due to the popularity of VIA, places are currently full. However, we can add you to the waiting list and can get in touch when places become available.
