Writing for wellbeing is different from creative writing. It's about finding your way to tell your story for yourself. Writing down your thoughts can be a way of getting them out of your head, and in this session we will explore using stories and poems to shape your words. You don't need to be a confident writer, this is about writing to please yourself.

Jarek Adams will welcome you to this friendly introductory session. No experience needed.

Friday, May 24th
1.30pm to 3.30pm
St Michaels' centre, School Road
Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham, GL52 8BA
