Handmade Wellbeing Diary (for ages 25+)
Location: The Ed Shed, 2 Quay Street,Gloucester, GL1 2PG (behind the old Folk Museum in Westgate St.) with artist Amy Freeman
When: January 25th, February 1st, 8th, 15th,
(break for half term,) 22nd, 29th, March, 7th, 14th, 21st
on Thursdays 10.30am-12.30pm
Unlock your creative self and support your well-being on this relaxed mark-making course. We will explore a range of techniques including various printmaking techniques, natural paints and Cyanotype processes. Create your own images and artwork to make yourself a handmade book to store your creative well-being journey.
Creative Connections (for ages 25+)
Location: Online via Zoom

An online art course one hour a week on zoom to discover simple effective art techniques to support mindfulness, promote wellbeing, build confidence and social networks. 8 weeks online then 2 studio sessions to collaborate and showcase new found skills and connections.
Art Barn (for ages 16-25)
Location: Online via Zoom and in the Art Shape studio!

A range of creative activities and digital techniques to free up creativity. Developing skills in digital image-making, printmaking and pop-culture. Using favourite movies, graphic novels, and video games as inspiration! Making friends, building confidence and being supported to take next steps.
