Relaxing creative activities to support your wellbeing

in a small group setting. This is for you if you are 28 weeks pregnant or have had your baby. Explore your creativity with a range of taster textile and arts and craft activities, from hand-made animal decorations, to printmaking and painting. You are welcome to bring your baby.

Free to attend, no experience needed.

Yoga

Relaxing yoga sessions to support your wellbeing during your pregnancy and when you have had your baby. Trained midwives will guide you to explore breathing, gentle movements and relaxation techniques during this course in a small group setting. You are welcome to bring your baby.
